Am I Living A Full Life?
September 6, 2026 • Note No. 01
There are seasons when life feels expansive.
And then there are seasons when simply finding your rhythm again feels like work.
The last few weeks have been a little bit of both for me.
Summer ended, and I returned to the classroom. My children and I started new activities together. I've been creating a new curriculum for my students while also finding my way back into the rhythm of being a mother, educator, financial professional, entrepreneur—and simply Sia.
We've moved through two eclipses, and whether or not you follow astrology, this season has certainly felt like one of reflection for me.
Things have surfaced.
Some beautiful.
Some uncomfortable.
Some asking to be released.
And some asking me to look more closely at the life I'm creating.
Then yesterday, I learned that a former student of mine passed away.
He was only 21.
There are moments when words don't immediately come.
This was one of them.
As an educator, you meet hundreds of young people over the years. You teach them lessons, redirect them, laugh with them, worry about them, encourage them, and hope that somewhere along the way something you said or did mattered.
And then they go out into the world.
Learning that a life ended so young stopped me.
Not as a coach.
Not as a financial professional.
Not as someone trying to find the lesson.
As a human being.
And eventually, a question surfaced:
Am I living a full life?
Not a busy life.
Not a productive life.
Not a life that looks successful from the outside.
A full life.
Am I present with my children?
Am I saying what needs to be said?
Am I creating what keeps asking to be created?
Am I protecting what matters to me?
Am I allowing myself to experience joy now—not someday when everything finally falls into place?
And perhaps most importantly:
Am I living in alignment with the woman I say I want to become?
I don't have a perfect answer.
In fact, part of this season has been acknowledging the places where the answer has been not quite.
I've been in an energy reset of my own. There have been moments when I've felt blocked, moments when I haven't created as much as I intended, and moments when I've needed to simply tend to my life.
I'm learning not to mistake a pause for failure.
Sometimes the pause is where we hear ourselves again.

A SACRED REFLECTION
So this week, I want to leave you with the question I've been sitting with:
If nothing about your life changed tomorrow, would the way you're living today feel aligned with what matters most to you?
You don't have to overhaul your life because of the answer.
Just notice.
What feels full?
What feels neglected?
What needs protection?
What needs more of your presence?
And what might you be ready to release?
That, too, is part of wealth.
Because Sacred Wealth has never been only about how much money we accumulate.
It's about having the resources, protection, time, relationships, health, peace, choice, and presence to experience the life we're building.
September: Love, Protection + Legacy
September is Life Insurance Awareness Month, which makes this an especially meaningful time for me as a financial professional.
I don't want to use fear to talk about life insurance.
I want to talk about love.
About making sure the people we love have choices.
About protecting children.
About creating financial breathing room during an already unimaginable season of grief.
About looking at what we have in place before life forces us to.
Throughout September, I'll be sharing simple education around life insurance, protection, and legacy—without the pressure or complicated language.
And if you've been wondering whether what you currently have is enough, what type of protection makes sense, or where to even begin, I'm offering an Annual Wealth + Protection Check-In as a place to start.
