I’ve known Jen for over a decade, and in 2022, when I was going through a tough personal time, she offered me an alignment session. Initially uncertain, I was open to the experience. Jen guided me to relax, be present, and set an intention, while helping me release the energies I was holding in my body—even over Zoom. Unlike traditional stress relief methods like massage or exercise, this alignment provided me with clarity, grounded me in the present moment, and sparked my curiosity about energy healing.
